REQUEST A DUMPSTER REPLACEMENT OR FINAL PICKUP

Quickly request a final pickup or have your full dumpster swapped with a
fresh, empty one — all in one easy form.

⚠️ Important:
If you request a dumpster replacement or final pickup before your dumpster is ready, an additional trip fee may apply.
There are some items that are never allowed in dumpsters, including refrigerators, hot water tanks, tires, paint cans, adhesives, lightbulbs, and household cleaners. Hazardous waste should never go in your bin.

If you’re unsure about a specific item, check your service agreement for a full list of prohibited materials in your area, or give our team a call. We’re happy to provide guidance and help you safely dispose of your items.

Once you’ve scheduled your dumpster pickup, all you need to do is make sure our driver can easily access the container and haul it away. Just like with delivery, ensure the path is clear and any gates are unlocked.

All debris should be safely inside the dumpster, with nothing sticking out over the top or sides. Pickup can happen anytime during the day, so you don’t need to be present.
Every dumpster comes with a set weight limit, clearly outlined in your service agreement. While it can be hard to know the exact weight of your debris on your own, every dumpster is weighed at the landfill or transfer station after pickup. We provide the official weight ticket so you know exactly how much your load weighed.

If you’d like, our team can also help estimate weight in advance based on the type of material — from household junk and yard waste to heavier debris like concrete or dirt.
Certain fees can sometimes be added to your rental, but most are easily avoidable. The most common charges happen if a dumpster exceeds its weight limit or is overfilled, making it unsafe for pickup.

We want your final invoice to be predictable, not a surprise. Take a few minutes to review common dumpster fees and simple tips for avoiding them, so your project stays on budget.

Before your dumpster arrives, make sure the drop-off area is clear of vehicles, debris, and obstacles. If possible, choose a flat, hard surface like a driveway or jobsite pad. This helps our driver safely place the container where you need it and ensures you can start loading right away.
