The Sales Specialist is responsible for converting inbound customer inquiries into completed sales through exceptional customer service, effective communication, and disciplined follow-up.
Key responsibilities include:
Converting inbound leads into sales using consultative selling techniques
Utilizing proprietary software and proven internal tools
Following up on quotes with urgency and professionalism
Managing priorities efficiently in a high-volume environment
Building strong, professional relationships with customers and teammates
Taking ownership of performance metrics and outcomes
