Quality Assurance Specialist
The role of the Quality Assurance Specialist is to ensure that the different departments
and the employees within them are meeting set forth standards consistently. They are responsible
for aiding in optimizing procedures by identifying root causes of problems and creating creative,
implementable solutions. The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with the different
teams, but they will only be responsible for and tasked with observation and creation of
suggestions for improvement
.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with ADR’s work standards and standard operating procedures in order to
ensure they’re being consistently met across departments in tasks such as, but not limited
to:- Call flow through DialPad
- Call quality scores and how they relate to other KPIs
- Process and Procedures in CRM for all departments
Information distribution and communication - Company documents storage and organization
- Help with the efficiency of work flow of individual departments on their own as
well as in conjunction with each other including, but not limited to:- Workflow and processes of the Billing, Team Support, Customer Service,
- Hauler Liaisons, Collections, and Chargeback Departments
- Marketing efforts including Google Ads
- Analytics and other reporting tools
- The Hiring and Onboarding Process
- Training and Coaching
- Games and activities to boost company morale
- ADR Communication - Information Distribution + Newsletter
- Help to ensure that everyone is logged into zoom correctly and logged into the ADR Zoom Office during working hours
- When quality problems are encountered, analyze the situation in order to find the root
cause that needs to be addressed and create a possible solution that can be implemented - Address and discuss any noticed issues and proposed solutions with management team
- Correlate SQS with closing percentages, customer feedback surveys, and other KPIs
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Create videos for ADRU as needed and aid in their organization on the platform
- Work to improve the company’s overall efficiency
- Keep an organized record of quality assurance activities
- Aid in creation of training materials, operating manuals, and SOPs as needed
- Contribute to design of Evaluation Programs
- Provide coaching and development plans to team members for their aid and skill development
- Monitor that quality assurance processes stay up to date with growth of the company
- Document Quality Assurance activities
- Work with Analytics and Marketing Departments on Pausing and Enabling Campaigns
