Before the dumpster arrives, make sure the drop-off area is clear of vehicles, debris, and obstacles. Make sure all gates are unlocked. If possible, choose a flat, hard surface like a driveway or jobsite pad. This helps our driver safely place the container where you need it and ensures you can start loading right away.
• Deliveries can occur any time on the scheduled delivery day.
• You do not need to be present for the delivery unless you prefer to be.

Items Not Allowed: The following items cannot be placed in the container (not limited to): Mattresses, Tires, and Prohibited Items. Construction dumpsters do not include concrete, brick, gravel, or very heavy debris. Heavy debris such as concrete, dirt, brick, gravel, or similar materials (varies by dumpster type).

Preparing for Pick-Up
• You must call us to schedule a removal. We do not automatically pick up without notification.
• Once scheduled, the pick-up can occur any time within approximately 5 business days.
• Your rental time stops once the removal is scheduled.

Every dumpster comes with a set weight limit, clearly outlined in your service agreement. While it can be hard to know the exact weight of your debris on your own, every dumpster is weighed at the landfill or transfer station after pickup. We provide the official weight ticket so you know exactly how much your load weighed.

Certain fees can sometimes be added to your rental, but most are easily avoidable. The most common charges happen if a dumpster exceeds its weight limit or is overfilled, making it unsafe for pickup.

Additional charges may apply for: 
• Trip charges / dry runs if we are unable to successfully deliver or remove the dumpster. 
• Prohibited items found in the container.
